I'm Mark, and I've always been interested in the places where music, meaning, and everyday life come together.

Music has accompanied me through some of the most difficult and meaningful periods of my life. Sometimes a song has expressed something I was experiencing long before I could find the words to explain it.

Over time, I've come to appreciate that life rarely fits into simple categories. Gratitude and grief can exist together. Love and uncertainty can occupy the same moment. Understanding often develops not through finding one final answer, but through remaining curious enough to ask another question.

You'll find the music that has accompanied my life, personal reflections, and ideas about cooking, healthy living, technology, business, freedom, relationships, spirituality, and the experience of being human.

These interests may appear unrelated, but to me they're interconnected. They all return to questions about what is true, what works, and how our choices affect the Life we share.
